Firstly waking up the body with alternate arm & legs moves, and then same and then quicker
Stepping up & down off two blocks to see how the upper & lower legs behave, do the knees roll in or out? Take the foot wider back & forward.
Lying, legs bent hips lifted, then raising alternate legs bent, to observe the use of the upper legs & lower torso, repeat with arms raised.
