2nd of January – Out with the old & in with the new! We had such a wonderful day with great people who like us are keen to “look after themselves’ what a way to start the year, all the best things, including sharing of experiences and building a supportive yoga community in our area. Thanks to those who came.

16th January – Opening up to all the amazing possibilities with backbends
23rd January – Pranyama class including inverted and restorative asana to build up our vital energy

9.30 – 11.45 Dynamic Asana practice with Gretchen
11.45 -1pm Jaboticaba ice block? yes delicious! & a swim, beach or dam or walk the beautiful bush trails of Yarriabinni National Park
1pm Luscious fresh seasonal lunch, prepared with such loving attention to detail, any dietary requirements catered for, by Harley, thanks Harley!
2pm. Yoga siesta, restorative asana led by Suzanne, with divine yoga music in the background to keep you in the moment allowing both the digestive process & relaxation that is essential to imbibing Prana.
3pm. Pranyama: we move seamlessly from relaxation into Pranic breathing; changing to asana which open the chest while maintaining a relaxed the mind.
3.45. Afternoon tea, Waratah is a perfectionist in everything she does, her afternoon teas are legendary!
