Join special guest Suzanne Fraser from East Coast Yoga School, as she takes you through two days of wellness activity and Iyengar Yoga.

Suzanne is a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher who has practiced yoga since her teens, now as a Grandmother with extensive yoga knowledge and personal experience she guides her students to experience the joy of life through appropriate yoga practice.

Enjoy delicious Manfredi dining throughout the retreat, good food equals good health! Acclaimed chef Stefano Manfredi sources most ingredients locally and from the large kitchen gardens at Bells.

Suzanne strongly recommends a divine spa treatment at the Bells spa to compliment your yoga practice.

It is powerful to take time out for one’s own good health; enjoy this chance to spend time in nature by taking walks in the glorious Bouddi National Park.

Wednesday

Spa time is available before and after the retreat.
2.45 Welcome tour of Bells main facilities
3.00  Check in, settle into your room, have a massage etc
4.30–6.00  Welcome & Introduction by Suzanne – Yoga Session
7.30  Welcome Dinner at Manfredi at Bells

Thursday
7.30-9.00 Dynamic Yoga Class
9.15  Breakfast at Manfredi at Bells
10.30-12.00 Guided Beach walk or bush walk (Meet in the garden room), leisure time, spa time, read a book
12.30  Lunch at Manfredi at Bells
2.00-3.00 – Restorative Yoga class
3.00-5.00 – Free Time: Day spa, read a book, lie by the pool
5.30-6.30 Yoga pranyama (breath) class
7.30  Three course Dinner at Manfredi at Bells

Friday
7.30-9am  Dynamic Yoga class
9.15 Breakfast & check out
10.30-12 Restorative Yoga
12.00-1 Lunch  (Manfredi at Bells)
1-2 Relax time, day spa, sit by pool & read a book
2-3 Guided Beach walk or bush walk (Meet in the garden room), leisure time, spa time, read a book.
3pm Farewell

PLEASE NOTE: Suzanne will provide the yoga equipment but if you choose bring your own mat.
