Easter at our studio heralds the change of seasons.
Autumn is upon us now and we adapt our yoga practice accordingly.
We pause to reflect on the highlights and lessons of summer, then challenge ourselves to attain new level of understanding.
The practice of dynamic asana inspires us with new vitality to ward of the winter chills and support our immunity.
It’s near the beach as well as bordering National Park so location wise is an ideal place to practice yoga.
It also has a huge range of yoga props.
Everybody is helped to practice to their capacity & receive the benefits of the yoga asana as taught by Guruji BKS Iyengar.
You are welcome to join us in this seasonal retreat, taking time out of the daily routine to develop an Autumn attitude.
When you fill in the enrolment form be sure to include your personal requirements both in yoga practice and diet.

Time: 9am – 4pm.

9am Morning refreshments on arrival.
9.30-12noon yoga asana class & discussion.
12.30-2pm vegetarian lunch using seasonal local produce.
2-4pm Restorative asana, pranyama & meditation.
4pm Afternoon tea.
