Private Classes are available at all venues. Cost is $75 per person per hour. This is recommended for new students with special needs. It includes a personal yoga practice sequence designed to accommodate your needs, physical, time wise, health & age. With your permission photos are taken of you practicing the sequence and sent to you to follow at home.
Private group classes $100 per hour 2-3 people $25 pp 4 or more.

Casual drop in $20
Zoom $15
10 week block $200 for 11 classes
Private classes $75pp/ph
Groups of 2-3 $100 per hour $25 per person groups of 4 or more.
