Seasonal Workshops at Yarrahapinni 2020

Our workshops are on the first Saturday of the School Holidays. A 4.5 hour immersion into the world of Iyengar Yoga. 8.45am-1.15pm at Yarrahapinni Yoga Studio. 3 hours of practice.  This year the theme is ‘props and adjustments‘ April 11 – Standing poses. The Diaphragm Psoas connection

For both Posture and Pranyama understanding this connection makes sense.
