      I was doing my own yoga practice from a book when pregnant with Persia’s mum, Gretchen. Gretchen lived in Noosa when pregnant with Persia and went to pre-natal yoga classes with Sue Scott. Inspiration toward Vastisasana with focus on the hips

Geetaji’s 70th

India December 2014. I’ve travelled to celebrations at RMIYI since Guruji’s 80th birthday in 1989. That was my first trip to India and I loved the country, ‘the motherland’ some call it, there’s a depth of spirit in India that leaves me satisfied. This trip had the feeling of farewell about it.
